Terms and Conditions

Before you start using our Service, take a moment to read through these terms and conditions.

Interpretation and Definitions

When you see a word capitalized in these terms, it has a specific meaning that we've defined below. The same definition applies whether we're talking about one thing or many. Here's what we mean by certain terms used throughout this agreement: • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or shares common control with a party. • Country refers to: Washington, United States • Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Solidmarket. • Device means anything that can access the Service—a computer, phone, tablet, whatever. • Service refers to the Website. • Terms and Conditions (also called "Terms") make up the complete agreement between you and the Company about how you use the Service. • Third-party Social Media Service means services or content from someone else that shows up on the Service. • Website refers to our site. • You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or legal entity they're accessing it for.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and the Company for using this Service. They spell out what everyone's rights and responsibilities are. Your ability to access and use the Service depends on you accepting and following these Terms and Conditions. They apply to anyone who visits, uses, or accesses the Service in any way. When you access or use the Service, you're agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If something in here doesn't work for you, you can't use the Service. You're confirming that you're at least 18 years old. We don't allow anyone under that age to use the Service.

Links to Other Websites

You might find links on our Service to other websites or services that the Company doesn't own or run. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for what they contain, their privacy policies, or how they operate. You understand and agree that we're not liable for any damage or loss that happens because of content, products, or services on those other websites. That includes anything you buy or use through them.

Termination

We can shut down your access to the Service right away, no warning needed, for pretty much any reason—especially if you break these Terms and Conditions. Once that happens, you lose the right to use the Service immediately.

Limitation of Liability

No matter what damages pile up, the Company and its suppliers' total liability under any part of this agreement is capped at what you've actually paid us through the Service. If you haven't bought anything, that limit is a hundred dollars. To the fullest extent the law allows, neither the Company nor its suppliers are responsible for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. That covers loss of profits, data, business interruption, personal injury, or privacy issues that come from using the Service or not being able to use it. This holds even if we knew damages were possible or if any remedy doesn't work out the way it should.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service comes to you as-is and as-available, bugs and all, with no guarantees whatsoever. As far as the law allows, the Company disclaims every kind of warranty you can think of—express, implied, statutory, all of it. That includes warranties about being fit to sell, being right for what you want to do, ownership, and having no legal issues. More specifically, we make no promises about: (i) whether the Service actually works or if it's available, or about the information and content on it; (ii) that everything will run smoothly without interruptions or errors; (iii) that any information we give you through the Service is accurate or reliable; or (iv) that the Service, our servers, or the content don't have viruses, scripts, trojans, worms, or malware.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country, not including its conflict of law rules, apply to these Terms and how you use the Service. Other local, state, national, or international laws might apply to your use as well. If something bothers you or becomes a dispute about the Service, you agree to try working it out informally with the Company first.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: If you're an EU consumer, you get the benefit of any required protections under the law of your country. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that (i) you're not in a country under US embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and (ii) you're not on any US government list of blocked or restricted people.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms ends up being unenforceable or invalid, that part gets modified or interpreted as much as possible under law to achieve what it was meant to do. Everything else keeps working. Except where we say otherwise, not using a right or enforcing something under these Terms doesn't mean we lose the ability to use it or enforce it later. Letting something slide once doesn't mean we're letting it slide forever.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We might have translated these Terms and Conditions for you on our Service. Just know that if there's ever a dispute, the original English version is what counts. We reserve the right to change or replace these Terms whenever we want. If it's a significant change, we'll give you at least a month's notice before the new terms kick in. By continuing to use the Service after those changes become active, you're accepting the updated terms. These terms and conditions are in effect starting today.
